Unloading Pumps

The Twin Screw pump consists of two screw spindles in a closed compartment. When spindles start rotating, the liquid is drawn towards the end of the screw spindles and gets entrapped between the bore of the pumping compartment and the flanks of the screws. This liquid is thus pushed forward towards the centre from both the ends. This dual flow nullifies the axial thrust and helps the screw spindles to remain in the state of hydraulic balance. This contributes to higher volumetric efficiency, which further improves the overall efficiency of the pump. These pumps widely confirms to API 676, 3rd edition and are ATEX and CE certified.

The Gear Pump is compact and efficient. This pump has a simple four-piece construction that helps to handle thinner, thicker and corrosive liquids. It can be customized for high-pressure applications. It has a capacity of up to 120m³/hr and can also handle the pressure of up to 11 bar or 160 PSI.

The Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump is a Positive Displacement Pump that is driven by compressed air. This pump is ideal for low pulsation and facilitates smooth flow. It is available in aluminium, stainless steel, ductile iron, Teflon and PVDF.

The General Purpose pump is also used for uploading and downloading in various industries. It is a Progressive Cavity Pump designed to transfer low flow duties. It is available in close-coupled configurations and with standard IEC frame motors.
